Two properties with the same square footage often require different levels of maintenance based on their tenant mix, location, and foot traffic. Factors such as proximity to schools or high-traffic retail centers significantly impact litter volume and the labor required.

We use the 2-week trial to observe these patterns firsthand. This allows us to provide an accurate quote based on your property’s actual needs rather than a generic estimate.

Over the course of the 2-week trial, we complete 5 visits per week for a total of 10 visits to your property. This period allows us to determine the specific needs of your property.

During and after the trial, we welcome any and all feedback so we can refine our service to meet your expectations. At the end of the trial, we provide you with an accurate quote for ongoing service with no obligation to continue.
